📋 Session Abstract
Driven by the urgent need to achieve global carbon neutrality and accelerate the profound transformation of energy systems, modern power systems are undergoing a fundamental transition from conventional rigid architectures to cleaner, smarter, and more flexible energy networks. This special session focuses on Smart Grids and Power Systems, a key enabling domain for future energy transition, aiming to explore the deep integration of next-generation information technologies, power electronics, low-carbon technologies, and advanced power systems. The session seeks to promote the development of secure, efficient, low-carbon, resilient, and intelligent power and energy systems.
The session will cover, but is not limited to, the following topics:
- 1. Smart Energy Systems and Optimal Operation of Integrated Multi-Energy Systems
- 2. Smart Grid Technologies Enabled by Next-Generation Information Technologies
- 3. Economic and Low-Carbon Planning and Operation of New-Type Power Systems
- 4. Stability Analysis and Control of Power-Electronics-Dominated Power Systems
- 5. Hybrid AC/DC Transmission and Distribution Technologies
