Visa Application

All international participants are responsible for applying for a visa at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their country or region of residence.

To avoid delays, participants are strongly advised to apply for their visa at least two months prior to the conference date.

For detailed visa application procedures and requirements, please contact the Chinese Embassy in your country or visit the Chinese Visa Application Service Center website: http://www.visaforchina.org/

Visa Invitation Letter

The conference organizing committee may issue a Visa Support Letter to participants under the following conditions:

The participant's paper or attendance has been officially confirmed;

The participant has completed conference registration and payment.

Please note that the Visa Support Letter is issued solely for the purpose of supporting the visa application and does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests with the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
