1. Each accepted paper requires a separate registration. If you have multiple accepted papers, please complete an independent registration for each one.
2. Each paper must be at least 5 pages and no more than 9 pages. Pages exceeding 5 pages will be subject to additional page charges.
3. At least one author of each paper must complete registration for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. The registration fee includes conference access, lunch and dinner on the conference days, and conference materials. Accommodation is not included.
4. Co-authors or accompanying persons who wish to attend the conference may register as listeners.
5. All registrations must be completed through the official conference website. For any inquiries, please contact ieee_recnt@163.com and please indicate "IEEE RECNT 2026" in the subject line.
6. The listener registration fee includes conference access, lunch and dinner on the conference days, and conference materials (excluding the conference proceedings). Accommodation is not included.
1. If a registered participant is unable to attend the conference, it is recommended to arrange a substitute attendee, preferably a co-author of the paper.
2. Refund Schedule:
Cancellation 60 days or more before the conference start date: 60% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellation 30–59 days before the conference start date: 40% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellation within 30 days before the conference start date: No refund will be issued.
3. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to ieee_recnt@163.com.
4. In the event that the conference is disrupted or affected by force majeure, the organizers shall not be liable for refunds or compensation. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to, fire, flood, extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, war, social unrest, labor disputes, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Note: The organizers reserve the right to adjust the conference dates, venue, or format due to force majeure or other significant reasons. Registrants agree to comply with such adjustments and the corresponding refund policies.
