Submission
The paper format must strictly follow the IEEE template submission, and each paper should have no less than 5 pages normally and 9 pages maximum. The part exceeding 5 pages will be charged for publication.

Note: If you have trouble submitting your paper online, please sent your paper to conference email (ieee_recnt@163.com) and indicate the subject as "IEEE RECNT 2026"
The content of any submissions should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in any other conference or journal.
All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process. This means that the authors and reviewers will remain anonymous from each other throughout the review. Papers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
If your paper requires revision, the conference secretary will send the reviewers' comments, please confirm with the secretary by email within 2 working days and update the corrected paper through the paper submission system within 4 working days.
No matter your paper is accepted or rejected, you will receive a notification from the conference secretary. If you do not receive any email from us, please contact us in time.
Papers accepted by conference will be invited to give an oral presentation at conference.
Some papers may be invited to be poster presentations. Authors will have an opportunity to interact with attendees to explain their research.
